Studio Awesome Day 8: Be Strong, Don’t Quit

Dec 8, 201631 Day Studio Awesome Challenge, The Business of being an artist0 comments

OMG ya’ll if there was a day that I fall off the challenge it would be today.

Today the struggle is real. Get ready here comes the whine:

  • I have had 4 hours of sleep
  • I had a deadline today and had to TRASH those freaking hot spots
  • Who the fuck took out all of my pencil roving and scattered it into a million tiny piles all over the studio?
  • And raided my knitting notions stash…do I even know where my chibi’s are?
  • It is 4:30 and I really just want to play my Township game and watch bad TV
  • We are having GF ramen for dinner, or Pizza, because that is the best I can do and I went to the Asian grocery today
  • I really went to the Asian Grocery for a bubble smoothy.

So, given that I do not want to deal with what ever natural disaster that totally upset my flow and progress today. I am going to default to the easiest task on my list. It is totally something that I can do between harvesting virtual carrots and building ice-cream in my game, while watching TV.

Because a picture is worth a thousand word in this case, this, Fiberista is what I will tackle tis evening over noodles, in my jammies. with 15 minute game breaks. It is guarantees to make my studio life and business run way smoother.
