Making This Yarn: How to make an art batt

So, today I have a new video for you. You see I have a new Facebook group for peeps on my email list called the UrbanGypZ Fiber Art Collective. Each week I open up the opportunity to ask me anything…fibery, business, life, anything. Last week Cheryl wanted to know how to make this yarn: bkgrd So, today I am showing you how I card up the art batt for this yarn. Enjoy!

    Ooooh, I’ve never seen a batt of any kind created before. I feel like I could even try it out after seeing this video. You spoke clearly, explained what you were doing, and had a good camera angle to show what you were doing. I can’t wait to see the batt spun into yarn. And now I must check out your shop!

    Stacey, wonderful video! Thanks for taking the time to share your creativity.
    Now, I know we sympatico…I have a sweater made from that exact same yarn, same color way and everything. I used a pattern from an old Vogue Knitting magazine with bell sleeves, faux cowl, knit in the round all the way up. Made me grin to see you wearing the same yarn.
